I am not getting notifications when it is my turn

Check three things, in this order: notifications for LOOPLY in the iPhone Settings app, the per-category switches inside LOOPLY's own settings, and Focus modes — a Focus that allows nothing through will hold the notification silently. If all three are right and it still stays quiet, mail us and say roughly when the turn came around.

An invite link opens the App Store instead of the game

That is what happens when the app is not installed yet on that phone — the link goes to the store rather than to a dead page. Install first, then tap the link again and it opens the game directly.

Someone in my game is behaving badly

Block them from their profile, which ends any chat and keeps matchmaking from putting you together again, and report them if it was worse than annoying. Reports are read by a person, not scored by a machine.

A game is stuck: nobody is playing

Turns have a deadline. When it passes the server takes that turn and the game carries on, so a silent opponent slows a board down but cannot freeze it. Three missed turns in a row and the player drops out of a group game entirely.

I want my data, or I want my account gone

Both are in the app, under Settings. Export gives you everything as plain JSON, straight away. Delete is immediate and irreversible: your running games are resigned so your opponents get an ending, and everything that identifies you is cleared. The details are on the privacy page.

I think a move scored the wrong number of points

Worth reporting, and worth checking first: a LOOP needs to surround an empty square, so a 2 × 2 block scores nothing extra, and a ring pushed against the board edge is not closed. The scoring section has the full sum. If it still looks wrong, send the game and the move — the server keeps every move, so it can be replayed exactly.

I changed phone / lost my account

Sign in with Apple on the new phone using the same Apple ID and everything is there: the account is tied to that, not to the device. LOOPLY has no password to lose and no email address to recover, which is the whole point — but it also means an account created under a different Apple ID cannot be merged into yours.

LOOPLY is in development and not in the App Store yet. If you are here because someone sent you a link, that is what you are seeing: the rules are final, the game is not released.
